AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDS

As an additional due diligence measure (KYC), the Company will also use phone / video interviews to identify customers. This means that the Company will have audio and video files. All video recordings is restricted to persons who have the right to inspect the video recordings in accordance with their duties. Video recordings are kept as a rule for a longer period provided by law.

SHARING DATA

The Company uses a range of platforms and marketing automation tools, as well as cloud based services, to facilitate our business functions.

The servers and infrastructure used by these third party services are not maintained or governed by the Company and while we take all due care to only work with reputable providers, the Company cannot guarantee the security of data transferred for provision of services with these platforms. The Company takes care to ensure these services meet our security requirements and are covered by GDPR, the EU:US Privacy Shield or similar international data security standards.

If at any point the Company becomes aware of a data breach of these third party services, we will conduct a full investigation and inform any affected users as part of our Data Privacy Policy.

SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS
